Job Title: Legal Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Recruiter to join our team at GF Immigration Law, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for all legal positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage priorities for job openings and candidate flow according to established guidelines.
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Draft and maintain job descriptions as needed.
  • Assist with job posting and advertising processes.
  • Understand needs/requirements for each position, screen applications, and select qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
  • Establish recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Propose approaches to alternative sources of applicants to fill open positions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Special projects as requested by the Director of Human Resources.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent in experience required.
  • 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of full-lifecycle recruiting, experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.
  • Successful track record of designing and executing innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Ability to successfully meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Passion for finding the right person, at the right time, for the right role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate clearly articulate your thoughts and ideas with all levels of management.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to.
  • Computer literate utilizing Microsoft Office products.
  • Consistently displays a high level of energy and enthusiasm for meeting the needs of internal and external customers modeling a 'can do' attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Strong human resource and customer service skills.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks of varying degree of importance.

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Familiar with various recruiting metrics and tools.

  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of employees within the company.
  • Able to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Able to maintain confidential information, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
