Job Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our Aftermarket team at Cenergy International. In this role, you will adopt a proactive and professional approach to ensure effective resolution of customer inquiries while thriving in a dynamic work environment as part of our vibrant Customer Service team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and professionally address any potential issues related to products or services.

- Provide quotes to assigned customers based on incoming requests.

- Monitor customer needs and expectations by reviewing open orders proactively.

- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, offering solutions and escalating issues to specialized teams when necessary.

- Communicate with customers regarding quotes and invoicing inquiries.

- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of necessary parts for service calls.

- Coordinate with service personnel to ensure availability for scheduled service calls.

- Adhere to all company policies and health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check.

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

- Familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Flexibility to adapt and learn various job functions as needed.

- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Assignment Duration:

This position is a project-based role lasting between 6 to 12 months, with potential for conversion to full-time employment, though not guaranteed.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Optional weekly overtime of approximately 5 to 10 hours may be available.

A hybrid work schedule is offered, allowing remote work on designated days.

Team Dynamics:

The Accounts Receivable cleanup team consists of three members and one reporting manager, within a larger Customer Service team of 47 members and seven supervisors.

Essential Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience required.

- Stable work history is essential; any employment gaps or short tenures must be justified.

- Candidates should possess analytical skills rather than purely social skills.

- Open to entry-level candidates who demonstrate motivation and commitment to the project's success.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP system is highly preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Interview Process:

The first round of interviews will be conducted virtually, with a potential second round in person.
