Customer Service Representative - Automotive Support Center

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Representative** to join our dynamic team at Hyannis Toyota. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Location: Office-based position in a collaborative environment.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage plus performance bonuses.

Work Schedule: Full-time position with shifts scheduled between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize internal systems to manage service scheduling for customer appointments.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle maintenance and safety recalls.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate resources.
  • Log all interactions using the designated CRM system for tracking purposes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of services offered across various vehicle brands.
