Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with customers professionally and courteously
  • Skilled in processing sales transactions, including upselling and cross-selling
  • Strong sales acumen, with the ability to guide customers and finalize sales
  • Experience in operating a cash register and managing financial transactions accurately
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain a tidy and organized retail space
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and conducting inventory checks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales goals and store objectives
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to assist customers effectively
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and security standards
