We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience to contribute to our projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Mechanical Engineering, particularly in sectors such as laboratories, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, educational institutions, and commercial spaces.

The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design concepts to construction oversight and post-occupancy evaluations. The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with various disciplines to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay updated on relevant codes and technological advancements in mechanical engineering.
  • Ensure compliance with established standards, design practices, and applicable codes.
  • Conduct site assessments to gather data and evaluate mechanical systems and components.
  • Engage in design and development within a BIM environment.
  • Complete engineering tasks according to client specifications and industry standards.
  • Review and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to deliver successful outcomes from concept through to completion.

Ideal Qualifications:
- A minimum of a four-year degree in an accredited engineering program.
- At least 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering within a consulting or design-build environment.
- Professional Mechanical Engineer license.
- Self-motivated with strong project execution skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with various building codes and industry standards, including NFPA.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software is advantageous.
- Background in Healthcare, Laboratories, Corporate Commercial, and Government projects is preferred.
