The Role: As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the development of our outreach programs, product campaigns, and new projects. You'll be responsible for managing our marketing infrastructure, including CRM platforms, and optimizing marketing efforts. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and work cross-functionally on data flow, strategy, and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Integrate marketing tools, marketing automation software, customer relationship management systems, and customer data platforms to drive business growth.
  • Lead the marketing CRM platform and ensure data cleanliness, system maintenance, and workflow optimization.
  • Design and implement product marketing campaigns, track performance, and measure success.
  • Manage vendors and agencies to create deliverables and execute program plans.
  • Lead new bank projects related to marketing and collaborate across departments for development and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and marketing trends to identify innovative approaches to marketing channels and programs.
  • Conduct market research to support content development and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in bank or fintech marketing.
  • Understanding of banking products and services, as well as relevant compliance.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
  • Remarkable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Startup mentality with a bias to action and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superb organization and project management skills to manage multiple complex projects.
  • Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management a plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation software a plus.
Compensation: The hiring range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. The base pay will be determined based on internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.
