Job Title: Marketing Manager III About the Role: We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager III to join our team at US Tech Solutions. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our physical owned and operated marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: * Develop, execute, and steward marketing initiatives with clear objectives, priorities, measurement, and deliverables. * Use your deep knowledge of our business objectives and understanding of relevant systems to invent, evolve, and simplify the end-to-end GTM process. * Build relationships with category, marketing, and operations teams to understand their business needs and challenges, identify barriers to going to market at scale, and build strategies, processes, and tools to deliver a high-quality, delightful customer experience every time. * Solve big, ambiguous problems and bring it all together to make it happen. * Use data and listening tools to understand how customers respond to real-world marketing and partner with portfolio and product team members to continuously improve with each new campaign. * Oversee the end-to-end campaign process and be responsible for delivering campaigns on-time. Requirements: * + years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, or business development. * Experience with end-to-end campaign management, feature delivery, and tradeoffs of a product. * Experience overseeing + year rolling calendar strategy and managing the creation of marketing playbooks. * Experience owning go-to-market plans and delivering results that create customer and business value. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple partner and senior leadership teams. * Strong strategic aptitude, proven ability to build a product marketing strategy, define the experiment roadmap, and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels. * Strong analytic and quantitative skills to develop, measure, and optimize marketing programs.
