About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Amplience. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies and programs that enhance customer engagement with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product marketing programs and activities that drive customer engagement and satisfaction with our platform.
  • Create and execute retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty, leveraging data-driven insights and customer feedback on our platform.
  • Build and manage customer advocacy programs, including gathering and creating customer stories and testimonials, and managing a customer advisory board program that informs product strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to produce high-quality, relevant product content that addresses customer needs and showcases customer success.
  • Gather and analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our platform and how we go to market with our product releases.
  • Work closely with product, account managers, support and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for customer-facing initiatives.
  • Track and report on metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing efforts with customers, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing preferred - or a Customer Marketing role - at a fast-moving B2B enterprise software company.
  • Understanding of the digital commerce technology landscape.
  • Experience marketing to or selling to the retail industry or related fields.
  • Proven ability to drive a variety of go-to-market strategies for product releases with product management, marketing, sales, partners, and others.
  • Be able to distill highly technical concepts into persuasive product marketing content for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to engage with and earn the respect of both deeply technical industry experts and business leaders alike.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing & product management organizations.
  • Highly collaborative; proactively seeks out a range of opinions and perspectives from peers. But also able to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to draw business-relevant inferences and determine strategies and tactics from data and insights.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing market dynamics and business needs.
  • Demonstrate upstanding character, leadership, consistent execution, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Global mindset and willingness to work across international time zones.
  • BA or BS or higher in marketing, business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • English language skills (business fluency) are a must-have, other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of time.
  • A good sense of humor and a work hard, play hard attitude.
