Senior Account Development Professional

Milsped Air and Sea LLC, a leading global logistics provider, is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Account Development Professional to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding relationships with our key accounts, bringing on new customers, and leading strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Utilize your existing book of business to attract and onboard new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and long-term satisfaction.
- Account Growth: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with key accounts, proactively offering solutions tailored to their shipping needs.
- Sales Strategy: Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales strategies that align with Milsped's growth objectives.
- Daily Operations: Coordinate daily shipment requests through phone and email, addressing issues proactively and maintaining clear communication with clients.
Requirements
- Existing book of business with strong, established relationships in the industry.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, TMS, and other relevant tools; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
What We Offer
- Estimated annual salary: $100,000 - $130,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission structure.
- 0 out-of-pocket health insurance.
