Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through the development and execution of strategic sales plans. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes and negotiate contracts.
Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include competitive base salary, bonuses, commissions, monthly car and home office allowance, benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with matching, unlimited PTO, and excellent work culture.
