Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst / Systems Accountant (Mid- Financial Management) to enhance our dedicated team that provides innovative solutions to federal clients.

The role involves supporting the FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ) in creating, planning, and executing strategies for the efficient processing, analysis, collection, organization, storage, management, retrieval, and utilization of financial data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Management Directorate and FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ).
  • Support financial management operations for government entities.
  • Oversee and coordinate program resource allocations.
  • Facilitate government representatives during meetings.
  • Support the Geospatial Intelligence Financials (GEO-F) and Organization Requirements and Budgeting Information Tool (ORBIT) systems, including future upgrades.
  • Comprehend the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Cycle.
  • Develop and validate financial requirements.

Additional Duties Include:

  • Creating, maintaining, and supporting program schedules.
  • Formulating business cases for financial system enhancements and proposing solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation and training resources.
  • Establishing and validating methodologies for data migration between systems.
  • Participating in collaborative meetings regarding the operations and maintenance of core financial systems.
  • Creating IV&V testing processes to ensure financial accuracy before implementing system enhancements.
  • Coordinating and engaging in system engineering and technical exchange meetings to address architectural, design, interoperability, and policy challenges.
  • After assessing operational needs for enhancements or system modifications, define and develop technical requirements and specifications for development and testing.
  • Coordinate milestone events, including requirement reviews, design reviews, and program management reviews.
  • Work with security organizations to facilitate security certification and accreditation documentation and activities.
  • Implement financial systems in the federal environment from both a systems and functional perspective.
  • Develop reference architectures, implementation plans, CONOPs, exercise plans, data strategies, and process flows.
  • Provide detailed comparisons of all relevant release notes for system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the system owner and ASP to ensure all subsystems meet user requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory; CI polygraph is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • 8 years of total experience in evaluating federal financial business processes, developing financial system options, and implementing solutions, including demonstrated experience in federal financial management encompassing programming, planning, budgeting, execution, and/or accounting.

In addition, specialized demonstrated experience in the following areas (total 6 years):

  • 2 years of experience conducting analyses in Momentum Financials involving complex technical parameters, acquisition and technical requirements, procurement, and business principles.
  • 2 years of experience with Momentum software lifecycle management activities, including requirements gathering, configuration management, and system testing for Momentum-based financial system upgrades.
  • 1 year of experience resolving FISCAM audit Notification of Findings & Recommendations (NFR).
  • 1 year of experience performing SAR reviews on SSAE 18.
