Position Overview:

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst / Systems Accountant to enhance our dedicated team, providing innovative solutions to significant federal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Management Directorate and the FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ).
  • Support financial management operations for government entities.
  • Oversee and coordinate resource allocations for various programs.
  • Facilitate government representatives during meetings.
  • Support the Geospatial Intelligence Financials (GEO-F) and Organization Requirements and Budgeting Information Tool (ORBIT) systems, including enhancements.
  • Comprehend the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Cycle.
  • Develop and validate financial requirements.

Additional Duties:

  • Maintain and support program schedules.
  • Create business cases for financial system improvements and propose solutions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and training resources.
  • Establish methodologies for data migration between systems.
  • Engage in joint meetings concerning the operations and maintenance of core financial systems.
  • Implement IV&V testing processes to confirm financial results before system enhancements.
  • Coordinate technical exchange meetings to resolve architectural and policy issues swiftly.
  • Define and develop technical requirements and specifications for development and testing after assessing operational needs for enhancements.
  • Participate in milestone events, including requirement and design reviews.
  • Collaborate with security organizations to facilitate security certification and accreditation processes.
  • Implement financial systems within the federal environment from both systems and functional perspectives.
  • Develop reference architectures, implementation plans, CONOPs, exercise plans, data strategies, and process flows.
  • Provide detailed comparisons of relevant release notes for system upgrades.
  • Work with system owners to ensure all subsystems meet user requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required; CI polygraph preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • 8 years of experience in evaluating federal financial business processes, developing financial system options, and implementing solutions, including comprehensive experience in federal financial management.

Specialized Experience:

  • 2 years of experience analyzing Momentum Financials with complex technical parameters.
  • 2 years of experience in Momentum software lifecycle management, including requirements gathering and system testing.
  • 1 year of experience resolving FISCAM audit Notification of Findings & Recommendations (NFR).
  • 1 year of experience performing SAR reviews on SSAE 18.
