Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst / Systems Accountant (Mid-Level Financial Management) to enhance our high-quality team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for federal clients.

This role involves supporting the FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ) in creating, planning, and implementing strategies for the efficient processing, analysis, collection, organization, storage, management, retrieval, and utilization of financial data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Financial Management Directorate and FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ).
  • Support financial management operations for government clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate program resource allocations.
  • Engage with government representatives during meetings.
  • Provide support for the Geospatial Intelligence Financials (GEO-F) and Organization Requirements and Budgeting Information Tool (ORBIT) systems, including future enhancements.
  • Understand the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution Cycle.
  • Develop and validate financial requirements.

Additional Duties Include:

  • Creating and maintaining program schedules.
  • Formulating business cases for financial system enhancements and recommending solutions.
  • Producing and maintaining system documentation and training materials.
  • Establishing methodologies for data migration between systems.
  • Participating in joint meetings concerning the operations and maintenance of core financial systems.
  • Developing IV&V testing processes to validate financial outcomes prior to system enhancements.
  • Coordinating and participating in technical exchange meetings to resolve architectural, design, and policy issues swiftly.
  • Defining and developing technical requirements and specifications for system development and testing.
  • Participating in milestone events such as requirement reviews and program management reviews.
  • Collaborating with security organizations to facilitate security certification and accreditation documentation.
  • Implementing financial systems in a federal context from both a systems and functional viewpoint.
  • Creating reference architectures, implementation plans, CONOPs, exercise plans, data strategies, and process flows.
  • Providing detailed comparisons of relevant release notes for system upgrades.
  • Working with system owners to ensure all subsystems meet user requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required; CI polygraph preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Computer Science, or Economics.
  • 8 years of total experience in evaluating federal financial business processes, developing financial system options, and implementing solutions, including demonstrated experience in federal financial management across programming, planning, budgeting, execution, and accounting.

In addition, specialized experience in the following areas is required (total 6 years):

  • 2 years of experience conducting analyses in Momentum Financials involving complex technical parameters and procurement principles.
  • 2 years of experience with Momentum software lifecycle management, including requirements gathering and system testing.
  • 1 year of experience resolving FISCAM audit Notification of Findings & Recommendations (NFR).
  • 1 year of experience performing SAR reviews on SSAE 18.
