About the Role

Cobb Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Technology Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Technology Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales to meet annual revenue targets, understanding customer needs, and providing business technology solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate sales to meet annual revenue targets
  • Understand customer needs and provide business technology solutions to meet those needs
  • Become a trusted business technology advisor to customers
  • Generate business technology solution opportunities in print hardware, software solutions, managed IT, and VoIP
  • Prospect through in-person meetings, phone calls, and networking
  • Demonstrate the benefits of applicable technology
  • Provide customer service and support to customers
  • Perform proposal generations and conduct virtual meetings
  • Participate in ongoing training opportunities
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Active listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence
  • Confidence, enthusiasm, and resilience
  • Comfortable prospecting through in-person meetings, phone calls, and networking
  • Ability to find an emotional connection and understand the business technology solutions product
  • Ability to ask great questions and put yourself in the customer's shoes
  • Basic mathematical and organizational skills
  • Honesty and competitiveness
  • Prior sales experience preferred
  • Team-oriented and proficient with MS Office Suite
