**About Veracity Consulting Group**

Veracity Consulting Group, a global digital consulting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Business Technology to join our team. As a subject matter expert, you will serve as a key advisor to our clients and internal stakeholders, driving business growth and innovation through the execution of strategic consulting initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Pre-Client Engagement Sales Support: Collaborate with our revenue team to grow business through strategic business development and networking activities.
  • Engagement Leadership: Co-lead sales and proposal cycles, providing oversight to the development of Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure RGP's project governance principles are adhered to.
  • Technical Advisory: Provide technical expertise in all engagement phases, engaging solution SMEs and talent resources as needed.
  • Delivery Management: Manage and provide oversight to engagement delivery, including team and deliverables, quality assurance, and coaching and mentoring to the project team.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and reporting on progress towards specified deliverables.
  • Project Governance and Financials: Responsible for project governance and financials, including risk governance, quality assurance, status reporting, and escalation.
  • Lessons Learned and Feedback: Capture and share lessons learned and formalize project team performance feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Thought Leadership and Project Acceleration: Provide thought leadership and project acceleration tools to drive value on client engagements and differentiate RGP's solution from the market.

**Outcomes and Competencies**

  • Contribution to Director-Level Pursuits: Contribute to director-level pursuits, demonstrated via win/loss improvement and revenue uplift on supported pursuits.
  • Increased Account Penetration and Client Satisfaction: Increase account penetration and client satisfaction at RGP's highest-priority/potential accounts, creating a client experience that builds RGP brand recognition as a leader in project consulting services.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Develop a data-driven approach to understand markets, clients, and buyers to develop appropriate strategies.
  • Ongoing Feedback and Client/Market Data Integration: Integrate ongoing feedback and client/market data into solutions development.

**Qualification Requirements**

  • Expertise and Certification: Possess a high degree of expertise and certification in several areas, including ERP systems, software selection and contracting, project and program management, digital transformation, and roadmaps.
  • Experience and Skills: 6+ years' experience in pre- or post-sale consulting or as a business professional, demonstrated technical project delivery and account management skills and experience.
  • Consultative and Solution Selling: 3+ years' experience in consultative or solution selling processes, and a demonstrated ability to effectively execute strategic plans.
  • Education and Proficiency: A Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited institution and proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
