- Utilize the SSVA Proven Process (Front Runner) to enhance client outcomes in Growth, Operational Efficiency, Workforce Management, and Customer Experience.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the service offerings and their alignment with client requirements.
- Provide IT assistance related to technical challenges involving core business applications from Microsoft, alongside virtual infrastructures utilizing Microsoft Azure, VMware, and SAN technologies.
- Design, implement, and deliver support services for Microsoft technologies including Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, SQL, SharePoint, etc.
- Engineer and deploy system solutions tailored to meet client specifications.
- Establish and maintain disaster recovery strategies.
- Deliver technical services and support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security measures.
- Implement and support remote access solutions such as VPN and Terminal Services.
- Manage DUO Multifactor Authentication processes and configurations.
- Provide system documentation and consulting services, including system evaluations and recommendations.
- Maintain communication with clients as necessary, keeping them updated on incident resolutions and notifying them of any scheduled changes or outages.
Additional Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Escalate service or project challenges that cannot be resolved within the established service levels.
- Possess business acumen: specific understanding of the client and how IT integrates with their strategic objectives.
- Document internal processes and procedures relevant to the role.
- Accurately log time and expenses in the designated system on a daily basis.
- Complete assigned training materials and blueprints to understand operational processes.
- Manage project tickets and phases as assigned by the Professional Services Manager.
- Record all work as service or project tickets in the system.
- Stay informed on current and emerging technologies by reviewing IT publications and online resources.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Professional IT Certifications, such as:
Microsoft AZ-104
Microsoft AZ-140
Microsoft AZ-700
Cisco CCNA/CCNP
VMware VCP
- Interpersonal Skills: including communication, active listening, and customer care.
- Technical issue diagnosis skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt swiftly to changes.
- Technical awareness: capability to align resources with technical challenges effectively.
- Service awareness regarding the services provided.
- Understanding of support tools and techniques utilized in IT service delivery.
- Typing proficiency for accurate service request documentation.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- HIPAA Training and Certification (provided).
- Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider setting is advantageous.
Compensation, Benefits & Culture
Compensation: Based on experience.
This position is office-based with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional after-hours requirements.
