Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our ServiceNow Practice Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering ServiceNow's solutions and services within a client-focused consulting environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of thought leadership with extensive expertise in ServiceNow ITSM product capabilities and related technologies.
  • Oversee all technical aspects of project and solution delivery on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical user requirements.
  • Advise clients on industry standards and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Manage application development and configuration, including UI and workflow.
  • Develop client-specific reporting and integration components (SSO, LDAP, REST/SOAP Web Services).
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow technical teams as necessary.
  • Contribute to implementation project teams and prepare all technology-related deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement of our implementation methodologies based on client feedback.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow solutions delivery.
  • Structure and configure Service Catalogs and develop ServiceNow Portals and Widgets.
  • Design and implement solutions that meet customer requirements through effective technical architecture.
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of Technical Best Practices and Standards.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of technical deliverables to clients.
  • Achieve defined KPIs and metrics for both the ServiceNow Practice and individual performance.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience as a key technical resource in client environments.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end development processes.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, Angular.js, jQuery, and/or Bootstrap.js.
  • Familiarity with web service standards such as SOAP, REST, and XML.
  • Experience with data integrations/ETL and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS environments like AWS and Azure.
  • Strong skills in modern HTML5/CSS/LESS.
  • Understanding of security protocols including LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SSO.
  • Experience in configuring cloud platforms/applications.
  • Proficient in Agile project management methodologies.
  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing technical consulting roles.
  • ServiceNow Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret business needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Interest in cloud computing and related technologies.
