Senior Sales Executive - Building Automation Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and grow designated sales territory and client accounts to meet revenue and profit goals
  • Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Position Carrier as the leading choice for building automation technologies
  • Work closely with engineering consultants to align on project requirements
  • Engage in negotiations with contractors regarding project conditions and pricing
  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
  • Effectively utilize sales resources to capitalize on business opportunities
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive engagement
  • Ensure clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as an advocate for customer needs

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years in Technical Sales or experience in Building Automation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • In-depth understanding of HVAC controls or HVAC sales
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 360 applications
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
