Key Responsibilities:
Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards
Conduct test drives and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems
Engage directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about any additional services required
Provide time estimates for further repairs
Carry out warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Automotive Technician
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient knowledge in all areas of automotive repair and maintenance
A fast learner who thrives in a team environment
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Strong customer service orientation
Computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new technologies
Capability to operate electronic diagnostic tools
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
