Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Answer phone calls, greet clients, and respond to their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Patient Care: Prepare patient files, escort clients and patients to exam rooms, and update client financial records.
- Administrative Tasks: Enter and update client and patient information into our practice management software, process payments, and handle client correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and efficient patient care.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices to provide exceptional care and service to our clients and their pets.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software and technology.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry records and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds, and to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
