Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at AEG. This role will serve as the first point of contact for all employees, visitors, guests, and contractors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage facility access, including sign-in and ID badge issuance, while adhering to TOUR security policies.
  • Operate the high-volume Ring Central phone platform to facilitate internal messages and telephone transfers.
  • Coordinate pick-ups with vendors, provide answers to routine inquiries, and support the onsite business center.
  • Oversee the Micro Market, including managing affiliated catering deliveries and reporting equipment issues.
  • Request courier support as needed and submit concur expenses as directed by manager.
  • Develop and report on utilizations as requested by department head.
  • Assist with meeting services or events, new employee building orientation, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree or equivalent administrative support training preferred.
  • Five years' experience in office support, customer service, or front-of-house hospitality.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently, complete tasks without consistent supervision, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good team player with ability to interact with various clients and groups effectively.
