Pre-Sales Technical Consultant

Join rSTAR Technologies LLC as a Pre-Sales Technical Lead and play a pivotal role in our sales process. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise and guidance in middleware, custom app development, and AI consulting projects.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Technical Lead to work closely with our sales and practice teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading technical discussions with clients to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language.
- Partnering with Account Executives to understand client requirements, pain points, and desired business outcomes.
- Developing and delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations showcasing our solutions and their value proposition.
- Working collaboratively with engineers to craft winning technical proposals that address client needs and exceed expectations.
- Staying current on the latest IT trends and technologies within our focus areas.
- Identifying and qualifying technical leads, supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Assisting in developing and maintaining pre-sales collateral (e.g., solution briefs, case studies).
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role within the IT professional services industry.
- Proven experience in solution design, especially for custom application development, middleware integration, AI, or CX solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to effectively collaborate with Account Executives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing.
