Job Title: Technical Senior Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and successful technical senior sales representative to join our team at We Place People Executive Search Firm. As a leader in the IT Consulting Space, our client is looking for a sharp and professional client-focused individual who can train, sell, and be a client-facing senior leader with the "Wow Factor".

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives for new tech solutions, focusing on AI and cloud-based offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a senior client-facing leader, fostering strong, trust-based relationships with key clients. Understand and align with client business goals to provide tailored tech solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in technology. Provide clients with expert advice on AI, cloud computing, and emerging tech.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior sales staff, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their technical and sales skills.
  • Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for both internal teams and clients on new technologies, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to succeed.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
  • Innovation & Insight: Contribute to the company's thought leadership by sharing insights on industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical sales, with a focus on AI, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of client business processes and the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and developing junior staff.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
