- Team Leadership: Meet and exceed sales targets, manage and lead the sales team, drive strong CRM metric accountability, achieve KPI targets, and support digital retailing initiatives.
- Finance Deal Packages: Ensure completion of finance deal packages, promptly follow up on all missing documents and pending deals, work with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics, and support the finance and insurance process and performance.
- Qualifications and Skills: High School Diploma or equivalent experience in Car Sales Management, experience in Auto dealership and car sales, experience in auto financing and car sales regulations, experience with auto lenders, previous supervision, or managerial experience with P&L responsibility, effective management skills, strong problem-solving skills, strong communication and presentation skills, effectively interact with all levels of the organization, computer literate, strong sales, and F&I skills, self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent customer service skills.
