Overview:

As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our retail stores by overseeing daily operations, managing customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Performance Management: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Store Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the store, including managing vendors and contractors.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
