Job Title: Front Desk Supervisor

About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic Front Desk Concierge team at The Greenwich Hotel. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in overseeing the Front Desk operations and ensuring that all guest requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the Front Desk team, ensuring that they are equipped to handle all guest interactions and requests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or concierge role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional guest service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
