Center-Based BCBA Opportunity

RCG Behavioral Health Network is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical supervision, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional services to our clients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, including monthly check-ins and weekly clinical observations.
  • Develop and present in-service training to improve team member competencies in clinical interventions.
  • Complete all funder requirements related to client oversight, including supervision notes, reports, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with outside agency team members, such as IEP teams, SLPs, and OTs.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure and a strong commitment to providing excellent services.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to maintain adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics.

Quarterly Bonuses:
