About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Kforce Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Account Management: Oversee the identification, qualification, and matching of solutions to meet client needs, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4+ years of sales experience in the IT services and staffing industry or equivalent relatable sales experience.
  • Skills: Proven track record of success in client-facing sales, strong business acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
