Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Global Product Support Specialist to join our ALD team. This role requires experience with ALD equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a system-level expert focused on product support for new product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Hardware, Electrical, Controls, Process, and Software engineering teams to gain expertise on new products under development.
  • Provide critical guidance to engineering during the design phase, addressing key customer requirements, including service tasks and manufacturability considerations.
  • Lead the first build and testing of new products in the development lab, offering real-time feedback and solutions to engineering teams.
  • Develop and document best practices for service, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee initial customer shipments and ensure readiness for production qualification.
  • Document and report field issues related to new products.
  • Manage customer issues during the Alpha build and testing phase, as well as during beta testing at customer locations.
  • Create and maintain critical spare parts lists for new products, ensuring adequate initial stock levels for shipments.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with ALD equipment. Travel requirements may vary between 25-50%, depending on the product development cycle.
