Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist III to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our support operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and professional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
Utilize our ERP data entry and order processing system to manage customer orders and shipments
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless customer service operations

Requirements:

Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in customer service and supply chain management
Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
