Customer Support Specialist III Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist III to join our team at Insight Global. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the North Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls directly from the engineering team and gathering information over the phone to transcribe into internal systems.
  • Providing strong communication skills to interact with business and technical resources.
  • Having high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supporting clients with a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

  • Ability to speak Japanese (conversational level is acceptable) or Mandarin.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Associates Degree or higher.
  • High School Diploma minimum.
  • 1+ years of experience keying data into systems/data entry.
  • 2+ years of customer service or customer support experience.
  • 6 months+ ordering parts or logistics background.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS products.
