Position Summary:
We are in search of a Consumer Support Representative to enhance our customer service team. This role is integral to our operations, as the representative will be responsible for engaging with customers across various communication channels, delivering effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multi-channel communications and customer support inquiries through email, live chat, and text messaging.
- Provide timely and appropriate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring alignment with brand values.
- Deliver exceptional service with a positive demeanor and professionalism.
- Offer product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Oversee website reviews, content moderation, and return processes.
- Compile and prepare weekly and monthly customer service reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including E-Commerce, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse.
- Utilize various internal software systems for shipping, fulfillment, subscription management, and rewards applications.
- Document and track Quality Assurance Claims.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
