Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Provide ongoing nutritional education and support to patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in renal care.
- Registered by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registry.
- Current state licensure (if required by the state).
- Minimum of one (1) year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a registered dietitian.
- Previous experience in nutrition associated with an ESRD patient preferred.
