Vaco in Atlanta is seeking a ServiceTitan Implementation Specialist who will oversee the implementation of technology solutions for enterprise-level clients.
This role is focused on technology-driven implementation expertise rather than customer support or client engagement.
This position is FULLY REMOTE with approximately 10-20% travel required to headquarters and client sites as necessary.
Key Qualifications:
All candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceTitan enterprise-level implementation and training. Preference will be given to candidates in the CST/EST time zones.
Compensation:
Base salary plus a significant bonus for each successful client implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to established SOPs and ServiceTitan guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans detailing project scope and key deliverables.
- Regularly update the leadership team with clear and concise communication regarding milestones and execution strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet defined timelines.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks, escalating issues as necessary and providing timely follow-ups with expected resolution dates.
- Communicate ServiceTitan features following thorough testing and the development of best practice SOPs.
- Engage with brands and branches to comprehend their specific business needs, and conduct or reinforce regular training sessions on customizable ServiceTitan functions.
