Job Description

As a Technical Onboarding Specialist at Xplor Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients as they launch onto our platform. Reporting into the Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for leading client contact during the onboarding process and ensuring a successful launch onto the Mariana Tek platform.

This role will involve managing onboarding processes from start to finish, spearheading all client communications, and translating client needs into actionable solutions that can be implemented via the Mariana Tek platform. You will also consult clients on technical best practices and advise proposed solutions that fully leverage the Mariana Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding processes from start to finish
  • Spearhead all client communications

  • Advise proposed solutions that fully leverage the Mariana Platform

Requirements:

  • BA or BS preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation or customer service
  • Experience working in a startup or SaaS company preferred
  • Experience with Wordpress, Squarespace, HTML, CSS, and/or JS preferred
  • Experience completing Excel analysis strongly preferred
