Job Description:
As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will work with our ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow platform across all global locations. You will provide expertise on all technical questions related to development of ServiceNow and be responsible for the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration. You will understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and accommodate into the design. You will develop the technical solutions, implement them and perform the component Integration Tests. You will also make configuration changes with ServiceNow scripting, such as: User Interface (UI) Policies/Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly scripting and Angular JS.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Providing technical expertise on ServiceNow development
  • Collaborating with the ServiceNow team to implement the ServiceNow platform
  • Ensuring the technical specification and implementation of the ServiceNow Integration
  • Understanding business needs and standardizing processes
