Data Management Expert and Operations Strategist for Horizon Services

The company is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Expert and Operations Strategist to join its team. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for managing companywide processes related to ServiceTitan, ensuring the integrity and consistency of enterprise data, and overseeing data modeling, validation, and hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Duties
  • Manage companywide processes around data requests for ServiceTitan, including Master, Material, Customer, Supplier, Pricebook, and other Master Data domains.
  • Ensure the integrity and consistency of ServiceTitan enterprise data, supporting secure solutions for sensitive data and enhancing confidence in system data across platforms and business units.
  • Oversee data modeling, validation, and hierarchy to optimize data integrity in partnership with the CIO and Operational Excellence team.
  • Lead data cleansing and migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceTitan for new acquisitions and integrations, collaborating with subject matter experts to define and implement data strategies and controls.
  • Partner with the Operational Excellence team to ensure implementation initiatives meet operational and financial requirements and ensure a smooth handoff to run activities.
  • Serve as a ServiceTitan data liaison, collaborating with business departments and building cross-departmental teams to ensure ongoing data accuracy and maintenance.
  • Educate the organization on the importance of ServiceTitan Master Data Management.
  • Provide training, insights, and support for ServiceTitan users while focusing on maintaining a high-performance system.
  • Establish secure controls and serve as ServiceTitan and Sage Intacct admin for the organization, helping to define and implement roles and responsibilities for users and locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of ServiceTitan experience in Home Services or a related customer industry.
  • 2-5 years of experience in back office financial applications.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct is required.
  • Recent ServiceTitan system implementation and data mapping/transition from legacy systems.
  • Experience working in an inventory-based business is required.
  • Experience working with a multi-location, multi-brand Private Equity-owned business is required.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and lookups).
  • Prior experience or exposure to master data governance and administration, along with familiarity with company policies and industry standards.
  • Ability to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders to resolve master data-related issues, including relationship building and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of database concepts.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
