We are hiring a Technical Implementation Specialist to join our Customer Onboarding Team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in customer-facing, project-based, and technical implementation work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Becoming a Fluxx product expert
  • Translating customer business needs into Fluxx solutions
  • Configuring the system based on customer needs
  • Executing data migrations (if scoped and in partnership with Data Specialist)
  • Creating and maintaining a strong project timeline and executing against the scope

This is a full-time exempt and remote position. Candidates must be located in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage the implementation of Fluxx software for multiple customers concurrently
  • Ability to navigate and balance competing priorities across multiple projects
  • Collect and confirm product configuration requirements using blueprints, templates, prototyping, business analysis, and process analysis
  • Utilize stellar project management skills and techniques to ensure scope and timelines are adhered to
  • Troubleshoot and facilitate issue resolution, proactively collaborating with team members of other departments

What you bring to the team:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in configuring software solutions, eliciting customer requirements/user stories, and business process analysis
  • Strong familiarity with agile project management principles, tools, and techniques
  • Be comfortable presenting technical information and leading customer meetings with professionalism and integrity
  • Very strong analytical skills and the expertise to translate user scenarios into technical solutions
