Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent & Culture Manager to join our team at Auberge Resorts Collection. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for supporting the overall Talent & Culture function at the home office level and providing guidance and training to property-level resources.
Key Responsibilities- Systems Administration and Support
- Provide technical support for HR/Payroll, Benefits Administration, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition systems.
- Assist with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration as needed.
- Ensure ERISA compliance and monitor system functionality.
- Policies and Procedures
- Develop and maintain Talent & Culture policies and procedures.
- Create training materials and provide training to property-level support staff.
- Establish and maintain the property T&C Hub resources center.
- Administration, Reporting, and Analytics
- Manage turnover and compensation data.
- Support property resources with compensation data requests and manage compensation policies and processes.
- Manage the annual compensation survey cycles and reporting.
- Property Support
- Field property queries on compensation, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with best practices and process improvement.
- Act as a subject matter expert.
- Culture Liaison and General Support
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding of team members.
- Manage the FMLA process.
- Answer day-to-day questions and requests.
- Assist in planning cultural events.
- Learning and Development Support
- Assist with L&D initiatives, including ongoing administration of compliance training.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a manager of the people (HR) function, preferably in hospitality.
- A detailed and up-to-date understanding of employment laws.
- Strong computer skills, including Google Suite and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations/training to large groups.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
