About the Role

Flagship Kansas is seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Human Resources Technology to lead our HR Technology and Analytics team. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integration of cutting-edge learning technologies used by more than 800,000 individuals around the world.
  • Drive the execution of a world-class Talent Acquisition technology strategy.
  • Mentor and guide a team of HR technology professionals, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet the evolving demands of our industry.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand evolving business and technology needs, offering insights and recommendations for immediate solutions and long-term planning.
Requirements
  • At least 10+ years of experience in product management, technology program management, HR technology, learning systems, marketing automation, or a related field.
  • 5 years or more in a managerial or project leadership role with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in managing stakeholders within a complex, international organization.
  • Practical experience with automation workflows to enhance global processes.
  • Robust leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate a team toward a shared goal.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective interaction across all organizational levels.
  • Previous experience managing teams and relationships with external vendors.
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, or related major.
