Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Calibre CPA Group, PLLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a range of HR tasks, including talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and compliance across various locations. This role will also support other HR functions as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Track and document compliance with required training and certifications.
  • Administer HR programs like compensation, benefits, leave, and employee relations.
  • Address HR-related inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and update policies as necessary.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and regulations.
  • Prepare reports to support recruiting and retention efforts.
  • Communicate HR policies and regulations.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Lead employee engagement activities.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Maintain employee records, including I-9 forms.
  • Assist with performance reviews and benefits administration.
  • Support HRIS data entry and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Experience in benefits administration, employee relations, and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting.
