Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Reentry Support Specialist III at Clark County. This role plays a vital part in promoting public safety through effective correctional and reentry practices.

About the Job

The Clark County Jail Reentry Program aims to connect incarcerated individuals with resources to increase desistance behaviors and reduce recidivism. As a key member of this program, you will provide administrative support, manage requests from stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and develop public-facing content.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • United States citizenship or Permanent Resident Alien status
  • Two to four years of college or business school training (highly desirable)
  • Three to five years of responsible and advanced administrative support experience
Key Responsibilities

You will perform a range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Providing direct customer service in complex service areas
  • Preparing correspondence and documents
  • Compiling information and preparing reports and analyses
  • Developing and maintaining computer databases or manual records systems
  • Processing forms, applications, service requests, and payments
