Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Center Director and other staff members
* Coordinate events, meetings, and activities for children and families
* Maintain accurate records and data, including attendance, enrollment, and program evaluation
* Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children and staff
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve program goals and objectives

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in early childhood education or related field preferred
* 18 years of age or older
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with diverse groups
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
