Role Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in achieving sales targets while managing daily operations and High Jewelry transactions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing a loyal clientele through effective networking.
  • Participating in community events to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engaging clients through in-boutique events and outreach initiatives.
  • Implementing CRM strategies, ensuring accurate client data management, and communicating updates on new collections and events.

Your role will also involve:

  • Assisting with the daily setup and breakdown of displays, ensuring product safety.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and managing after-sales processes.
  • Maintaining compliance with all Maison policies regarding security and service standards.
  • Sharing knowledge about Van Cleef & Arpels' history, quality benchmarks, and collections with clients.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic luxury retail environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or Jewelry Certification is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of customer service dynamics and priorities.
  • Excellent computer proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while building trust with clients.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
