Position Overview

As a Permanent Jewelry Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our success. Working in both our AL Studio and on the sales floor, you will integrate our permanent jewelry collection into every customer interaction. Your personalized service will aim to create memorable experiences while authentically sharing our brand's narrative. Your dedication to authenticity and comprehensive knowledge of our products will not only meet but exceed sales goals, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Permanent Jewelry Consultant will report directly to the Store Manager.
This is a Part-Time position initially.Key Responsibilities:
Permanent Jewelry Welding Studio
  • Engage in extensive training sessions focused on the welding of jewelry in various metals, including solid gold and sterling silver.
  • Inform customers about permanent jewelry and Ana Luisa's diverse product range.
  • Oversee studio operations, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of welding materials and workstations.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and facilitate smooth guest check-ins through our scheduling platform.
  • Provide outstanding customer experiences by expertly welding permanent jewelry onto clients while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system and educate customers on care instructions and warranty policies for our permanent jewelry.
  • Gather feedback on customer experiences in the studio and communicate any product requests for consideration.
  • Actively participate in hosting exclusive permanent jewelry events and parties for our valued clientele.
Sales Performance
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve both individual and team sales targets through a customer-focused approach, in-depth product knowledge, and authentic selling techniques.
  • Meet and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Average Order Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion Rate, and revenue targets.
  • Utilize company resources, incentives, and strategies to support the achievement of overall store sales objectives.
Customer Engagement
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by establishing genuine connections and providing a personalized shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store team to develop a strong clientele list, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  • Participate in store events and corporate initiatives to boost brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Welcome customers into the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in styling jewelry, offering recommendations that align with their personal style and lifestyle.
  • Work closely with store leadership to collect and implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Address customer needs promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Operational Excellence & Visual Presentation
  • Process customer transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless experience in an omnichannel environment.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranties efficiently in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain visual standards by executing brand, product, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean and organized, with display jewelry presented attractively.
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational matters within the store.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts to maintain high inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all front and back-of-house procedures according to company policies.
  • Assist in processing shipments, including visual merchandising placement and replenishment to ensure product availability.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in Permanent Jewelry/welding required.
  • 2+ years of retail experience; jewelry experience preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
