Position Overview

As a Permanent Jewelry Consultant, you will play a crucial role in our success. Working both in our AL Studio and on the sales floor, you will integrate our permanent jewelry collection into every customer interaction. Your goal is to provide personalized services that create memorable experiences while authentically sharing our brand's narrative. Your dedication to authenticity and thorough understanding of our products will not only help you exceed sales targets but also enhance the customer experience, fostering loyalty and driving our success.

The Permanent Jewelry Consultant will report directly to the Store Manager.
This is a Part-Time position initially.Key Responsibilities:
Permanent Jewelry Welding Studio
  • Engage in comprehensive training sessions focused on the welding of jewelry in various metals, including solid gold and sterling silver.
  • Inform customers about permanent jewelry and Ana Luisa's diverse product range.
  • Oversee studio operations, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of welding materials and workstations.
  • Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth guest check-ins through our scheduling platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences by expertly welding permanent jewelry onto clients while maintaining a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Accurately process customer transactions using the POS system and communicate care guidelines and warranty policies for our permanent jewelry.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback regarding their studio experiences and any product requests for consideration.
  • Actively participate in leading and attending exclusive permanent jewelry events for our valued clients.
Sales Performance
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Ana Luisa brand and product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals through a customer-focused approach, extensive product knowledge, and authentic selling techniques.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals, focusing on Average Order Value, Units Per Transaction, Conversion %, and revenue targets.
  • Utilize company tools, incentives, and strategies to support the achievement of store-wide sales objectives.
Customer Engagement
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by creating genuine connections and delivering a tailored shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with the store team to develop a strong clientele list, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
  • Participate in store events and corporate-led initiatives to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Welcome customers into the store, cultivating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in styling jewelry, offering recommendations that align with their unique style and lifestyle.
  • Work closely with store leadership to gather and implement customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Address customer needs promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Operational Excellence & Visual Presentation
  • Accurately process customer transactions, ensuring a seamless experience in an OMNI channel environment.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranties efficiently in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain visual standards by executing brand, product, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the sales floor is pristine and organized, with display jewelry presented attractively.
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational matters within the store.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts, contributing to high inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all front and back-of-house procedures according to company policies.
  • Assist in processing shipments, including visual merchandising placement and replenishment to ensure product availability.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of Permanent Jewelry/welding experience required.
  • 2+ years of retail experience; jewelry experience preferred.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
