Overview:
The Jewelry Client Specialist serves as a representative of Tourneau/Bucherer, dedicated to delivering an exceptional shopping experience while addressing both immediate and long-term client needs. This role requires a commitment to providing top-tier service by promoting the company and its brand partners, along with a personal dedication to ongoing education to enhance expertise. Candidates should possess a genuine enthusiasm for fine jewelry, art, and culture, and be prepared to drive the jewelry business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Sales Goals
- Create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for discerning clients.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a deep passion for jewelry.
- Collaborate with management and team members to meet personal and departmental objectives.
- Focus on clienteling by fostering long-term relationships, encouraging clients to return for future visits and purchases. Utilize the CRM system for follow-ups, including sending birthday and holiday greetings, informing clients about new arrivals, and inviting them to exclusive events.
- Maintain and expand the existing client base while seeking new prospects.
- Engage actively with clients, sharing brand history and product lines while uncovering their needs.
- Achieve sales targets consistently on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Share knowledge and inspire colleagues to promote jewelry effectively.
- Communicate the benefits of being a Tourneau Bucherer client and utilize available resources, such as CRM, the Watch Protection Plan, Trade-ins, and Bucherer 1888 Financing, to facilitate sales.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors as needed to finalize sales.
- Gather client information through the CRM system to nurture ongoing relationships.
- Efficiently process sales, ensuring accurate warranty completion and necessary adjustments to the jewelry.
- Communicate with management about opportunities to build community relationships and explore events to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Maintain professionalism, approachability, knowledge, and graciousness in all interactions.
- Strive for excellence in customer service to ensure a premier shopping experience.
- Embrace constructive feedback from managers to improve sales performance.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Adhere strictly to all store security protocols.
- Assist in setting up displays and store aesthetics.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative environment among Client Advisors.
- Comply with the company dress code policy.
- Work collaboratively to maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
- Punctuality and attendance are essential for performance.
- Assist in store opening and closing duties as required.
- A genuine passion for building client relationships and driving sales.
