This role requires a commitment to providing top-tier service, promoting the brand, and continuously enhancing personal expertise in fine jewelry. A genuine passion for jewelry, art, and culture is essential, along with a global perspective to drive business success in the jewelry sector.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Sales Goals
- Create a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere for discerning clients.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a deep appreciation for jewelry.
- Collaborate with management and team members to achieve individual and departmental objectives.
- Focus on clienteling to build lasting relationships, encouraging repeat visits and purchases. Utilize the CRM system for follow-ups, including sending birthday and holiday greetings, notifying clients of new arrivals, and inviting them to exclusive events.
- Maintain and expand the existing client base while reaching out to new prospects.
- Engage actively with clients, sharing the brand's heritage and product offerings while identifying their needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Share knowledge and inspire colleagues to promote jewelry effectively.
- Communicate the benefits of being a Tourneau Bucherer client and leverage tools such as CRM, warranty programs, trade-ins, and financing options to facilitate sales.
- Collaborate with fellow Client Specialists to enhance sales opportunities.
- Gather client information through the CRM system to foster ongoing relationships.
- Efficiently finalize sales transactions, ensuring accurate warranty processing and any necessary adjustments to the jewelry.
- Communicate with management regarding opportunities to strengthen community ties and explore events that boost brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Maintain professionalism, approachability, and expertise in all client interactions.
- Strive for excellence in customer service to ensure a premier shopping experience.
- Welcome constructive feedback from management to enhance sales performance.
- Participate in training sessions to broaden product knowledge.
- Adhere strictly to all security protocols within the store.
- Assist in setting up displays and maintaining an attractive store environment.
- Foster a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among colleagues.
