Regional Business Development Manager

As an Area Revenue Growth Specialist at Top Candidate Search Group, you will be responsible for generating revenue and executing company strategies within your assigned territory in Long Island, Brooklyn and Queens. This role requires strong communication skills, a hunter mentality and the ability to work independently.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have experience in the medical industry, specifically with aesthetic/dermatology products. You will be responsible for identifying new prospective clients through cold calling and lead generation techniques, mentoring and assisting in closing deals with Territory Sales Managers, and meeting or exceeding quota's established for assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue and execute company strategies within assigned territory by calling on Medical offices, Medical Spa's, and Surgical Suites.
- Identify new prospective clients through cold calling and lead generation techniques and move customers through the sales cycle throughout the territory.
- Mentor and assist in closing deals with Territory Sales Managers.
- Meet or exceed quota's established for assigned territory.
- Become a product expert to answer customer questions about products and perform product demonstrations.
- Attend conventions to represent the brand.
- Collaborate with sales representatives in and out of assigned territory to share best practices, support a cohesive sales approach to meet individual and group sales quotas.
- Provide timely reports regarding the status of each lead and sales opportunity in the pipeline through the CRM database.
- MUST HAVE aesthetic/dermatology product experience, or doctor office medical equipment.
- Ability to travel 60% of the time.
- Proven successes.
- Possess grit and determination to deal with the variety of sales cycle outcomes.
