Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including answering phones, greeting patients, and handling patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule appointments for multiple locations and doctors, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
- Insurance and Billing: Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, manage referrals and authorizations, and process patient payments.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate patient records, manage office supplies, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in medical software and systems.
- Competitive Salary: $16.00 per hour.

- Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday schedule with occasional travel to other locations.
